Formerly called Architect‘s office, Auroville. Started in 2004, and now been transformed into a full fledged Auroville unit as Tapasya design studio with a 10 member design team. The team collaborates with other Auroville units for specialized consultancy in acoustics, landscaping,water treatment, sustainable design etc. The portfolio ranges from product design to conservation to factories to farm house to galleries to interiors. Tapasya believes in seeking constant improvement by sharing of knowledge from diverse projects. The aim is to introduce innovative design solutions and techniques. Thus this attitude combined with hard work and a sense of responsibility for the consequences of design decisions, has helped us to constantly innovate and keep us collaborate with a steady flow of interesting clientele.
