Auroville Green Practices Seminar 2011

In a 3 day workshop held at Auroville, more than 85 mid-level practitioners - urban planners, architects, project developers, policy makers and consultants engaged in stimulating interactive discussions facilitated by senior experts in areas of urban planning, mobility, energy, governance, building technologies and related areas.

The outcome of the workshop is a draft vision document that is being currently reviewed and will be uploaded shortly. The presentations made at the workshop are available here for download.

Auroville Green Practices brings together various stakeholders to envision future townships that offer a ecologically, socially and economically nurturing habitat. The next annual event will be held in August 2012 at Auroville.
